Advisor selection should not be based upon the pricing of a particular provider. An advisor is best selected based on quality of advice, access to the entire marketplace, benefit strategy, pro-active design, and ongoing management of the program. To allow our clients to budget for the upcoming year, we produce quarterly reports that detail the progress of a program and minimize frustrating surprises. You do not need to change insurance companies in order to change the advisor on your plan.

Communication with employees is of paramount importance. We educate employees on how to get the most out of the plan by encouraging prudent shopping, fostering an appreciation of the program, and promoting responsible claim practices. This increases not only their awareness of the plan but also their satisfaction with the plan. Regular communication to plan directors is also critical—it keeps you informed of what is happening in the healthcare industry and in the insurance industry, resulting in a better understanding of the issues that affect your company and how best to deal with them.
